I am the varsity sprinting track coach at Chaminade High School. I have trained Ryan for several years. He is an incredibly strong athlete who trains and competes at the highest level. Ryan brings great versatility to our team as an elite athlete who can compete in the 100, 200, 400, 800, and 100, 400 and 800 relays. He will run any race we ask of him and do it well. He inspires all of us at every practice with how much he loves to train and compete. He has consistently dropped times in every event he runs. I believe his coming senior year will be a quantum leap for him as we are going change from being a generalist to focusing on just a few specific races. I have no doubt that this coming year will be his best and that he has the talent and dedication to compete at the collegiate level.
